Maybe its my "English" units centric life but working on the Fahrenheit scale for weather seems to be more practical... i.e. 0degF is really cold whereas 0degC means I should think about grabbing a hat and 100degF means my young kids aren't playing outside whereas 38degC just doesn't sound that hot.
