I had it done on a crooked old house. They jacked it up about an inch then dug a ramp down from the back yard. They then came in with a small bulldozer and dug all of the old crap out from under the house. Then they build a whole new foundation and basement (I had them make it two feet deeper). They plunked the house back down and for the first time in who knows how long I had a straight, level house with a basement we could use for a family room, bedroom, and bath. You may not want to go to that length but call a house mover and get a price. You'll probably get some usefull info if nothing else.
