At 150K that car is at barely at half life. You need a $299 tune to from JZWtuning to bring it to life.

I gained about 2.5 mpg just with his tune alone on my mostly highway commute. I gained another 2 mpg just from a proper alignment on my 2000 lpt with 5-speed. As long as the temperature is above 50F I see 40+ mpg on the highway. Not unless I'm towing another car with car dolly, then fuel economy drops to 23.5 mpg.
