The won one lawsuit in Texas but spent $2.5M on their defense. Other suits are pending. I read one opinion by a Tort Lawyer saying it could all have been prevented by including a 25 cent piece of metal screen in the spout of each can as a flame arrestor. I think this is a gross over simplificatiton. It also could have been prevented by not mixing beer, gasoline, and bon fires.
Likewise, the cracking I noticed in my son's car ramps may indicate another looming product liability scenario for them since they previously offered free exchange of defective ramps for customers and the company would know how many were failing in the field.
Shut things down, liquidate the company, set up a trust for claimants, and avoid court.
