The attorneys I have used charged a flat fee in the range of $49-$99 depending upon the infraction, they go to court so you don't have to and then mail the summary of judgement and you send a check to the court. It has been my history to pay ,on average, about the total of the fine or maybe a liitle more, all inclusive. This to me is fine because if I paid the same amount by paying thr ticket, I would have gotten a guilty (read points) judgement.
