No, you will lose power with e85 and no tune, the ecu has to be tuned because it takes twice as much fuel and the timing has to be advanced to take advantage of the e85.
So, t5 cars, has to be gasoline or e85 only, you can have two ecus and run with with e85 and one with gasoline.
T7 cars can run the bio-power tune, this means two fuel or flex fuel tune to run e85 or gasoline or any mix of the too. Has to be tuned, this is what I do, I specialize in e85 tuning for many cars!!!
