I don't know what your overall goals are but you don't need forged pistons to run stage one power. The b235 engines aren't as bad as everyone makes them out to be. Just stay below 300 hp and keep the oil changed, and you should be fine.
That said, when I put a stage 1 tune on our Viggen, I didn't noticed a great deal of difference. Certainly not like the t5 cars where the difference can be very noticeable. I've heard from others online that this is a sort of common with t7 cars and maybe you should consider going straight to stage 3 with the bigger exhaust. Just some stuff to think about...
