Drew I think you havent studied your car in that many different conditions to get to the bottom of this airmass controlled system. Attached to this message is boost my boost pressure curve from two sepaerate dyno runs. First run, dashed line was performed near freezin temp (32F) the second, solid line was done when ambient near 30deg C = 85F. From this pic you will see that boost deviations between runs is around 0.2bar = 3Psi. Results can be found here

As you see the change in boost pressure has very little affect on the curve.
At high rpms the stock turbo cant push more, so you wont see a deviation there.
