Original MSRP: $3,995
Low Retail Average Retail Value High Retail
Base Price
$2,775 $4,125 $6,000
TOTAL PRICE $2,775 $4,125 $6,000
"High Retail Value
This vehicle would be in excellent condition overall. It could be a completely restored or an extremely well maintained original vehicle showing very minimal wear. The exterior paint, trim, and mechanics are not in need of reconditioning. The interior would be in excellent condition"
now according to NADA collector cars values, for a completely restored sonett $6,000 is the cars market value.
I know that it is frustrating to invest more in a car's restoration than the car is worth, but by investing that money you can build a beautiful car for yourself, but that doesn't mean that the re-sale value is increased to the amount of money you spent on the restoration....just a fact that saab sonetts are not a desirable collector car, just a extremely fun one
I can assure you that no one here means to offend you, and I am sorry if I did.
Best, -Craig
