everytime my 9-3 goes to the dealer, I usually leave with more wrong, and it's never less than a $500 fix for the original problem, I'd never advise anyone to buy a new 9-3. My old SPG is twice the car. The 9-3 had to have a new radiator at 60K, has a an oil leak, windows go up and by themselves, routine maintinence will break the bank..a dealer oil change is $125...change it yourself you say? sure, if I could fit my arm or a drain pan under it, traction control malfuntion, etc. I've been Very dissapointed in this car. You'd have better luck with a 20 year old C900, and if you have a bentley manual and some basic tools, you can fix it!
Do they know how to work on them? well, they know how to squeeze money out of you, thats for sure.
