Surely you kept all the service records of this fiasco since the car is under warranty. I would write a very polite but forceful letter to SAABUSA and include all records of maintenance and if they won't deal with what appears to be a lemon then it's time to invoke the lemon law, unless of course you are past the mileage limit for your state.
Either way SAAB should stand behind its product, and the car you got seems very faulty.
