when you say rt.3...is that rt. 3 new hampshire? if it is i know what you mean!
i bought a 2003 9.3 linear in june 2003...i had so many issues w/it and the dealership that i got rid of it in january 2004! issues ranged from internal trim pieces falling off to load exhaust system to slugish performance between 40-60 to noisey/hard shifting transmision to rear shock thump to crappy paint job (including massive overspray) for a small ding in my bumper to brocken rear view mirror...all right enough! all my issues started at ~1800 miles...the car was great the 1st 1799 miles!
after many dealings w/the service department and many/un-answered calls to the regional sales manager i couldn't take anymore!
this was my 3rd saab and since GM now owns saab i think i will never again buy a saab...sigh! and yes, although the car is still made in sweden GM has put their quality/manufacturing "expertise" on the 2003 9.3! also, i wouldn't be surprised if they have done soemthing management wise to put pressure on the service departments...i had brought all 3 of my saab's to this 1 dealer and by far the service was worse w/the linear.
good luck!
