Just an FYI: back when Dexcool was causing corrosion in cars only two years old, GM said that it was due to "contamination". Unfortunately it turned out that air was a "contaminent" and if you let your coolant level drop then that was a problem. However, and much important here, the "sealer GM uses at the factory in new engines" (sealer in new engines... that was news to me) was also found to be a contaminent. You can google lots of info on this subject.
I'd be cautious about running Dexcool with any additives. You might want to switch to G48/G05 and then add some more of those tabs to the new mix.
