For a fairly brief time, eSaabparts had a supply of reman ECMs, that they could clone your old unit to, but they apparently are sold out or had other issues. I'd check with them.
There are other individuals out there who do ECM cloning on a mail-in basis as a side gig. Others have successfully figured out/climbed the learning curve with "T8 Suite/T8 Canflasher" (freeware) and learned how to do cloning on a DIY basis.
As long as it's not a V6/Aero, find a junkyard ECM, ideally of the same vintage/model and have someone with a Tech2 and security access add it to the car. Pick-a-part yards are probably your best bet--try to find a car that's been hit, so you can safely guess that something other than the ECU put it in the yard. ;-)
I personally wouldn't risk driving the car with the codes indicating a failing ECM.
