Hello,
That seems to be semi normal in the manual's. First one I saw was back when the cars were under warranty and the other dealership in town had put an entire exhaust on a car for a drone the customer was hearing. When we checked it out we decided it sounded like a balance shaft was out of time. Upon disassembly we found that the tensionor had overextended and broke the one guide allowing the balance shaft chain to skip timing. The theory we always thought is either with engine braking or a slight mis shift the revs got a little high or the pressure relief valve for the oil pressure was slow to respond and higher oil pressure pushed the tensionor out to far. Good Luck, Bernie
