Hello,
Conventional wisdom was you don't want it over 15.0v. But the 9-3ss seems to run a little high at times. The test I use to see if it is too much is to check the battery vent, if acid is present it is overcharging. If no acid is leaking out at the vent you are fine. Good Luck, Bernie
