Car will not start , help me figure out why

Ok folks , here goes my 04 vert I just got back after a engine replacement a few months ago will not start, , jumped in one day and key would not turn, jump started the car and drove it every day for a week or so then it died after sitting for a few days, called AAA they could not jump it, batt is less than one year old, had it towed to my indie where he tested every fuse trying to find the drain on the battery , so far everything test out fine but car will not start, any ideas , he has tested the alternator and starter and he is close to giving up, since the car is now 90 minutes away I am slightly stuck, the indie only works on Saabs and Volvo but he is old school and does not really focus on the electronics .I am in NJ and there are few Saab Indies here.
