Hi,

I'm in the proces of looking for another car and have the same question, Would I buy another Saab? I have a 1999 Convertible with 57,499 miles and from day one have had problems. Here is a list of the problems:

Water pump replaced after 6 months
Battery after 1 year
Muffler replaced after two years
Ragtop replaced twice
Heat controls had to be replaced twice
Serpetine belt replaced twice, pulley replaced once
Transmission holder replaced
Head Gasket replaced
Brakes
Struts and Shocks
And now the coolent light is coming on.
I could go on and on with what has been replaced or repaired. I think I truly got a lemon. The dealer says I am not alone. The car is only 5 years old.
