I wouldn't buy another SAAB at this point - many reliability issues. Turbos replaced under 50K - prophylactically by SAAB dealers, legions of drivers with spare DI's in their trunks, very costly brake/rotor repairs, etc, etc, etc... all in a $35-40K car. I think it is unacceptable.
That's why I'm trading in my 9-5 wagon for an '05 Subaru Legacy GT Wagon with AWD, 250hp turbo engine and bulletproof reliability. SAAB really has to address the reliability issues iwthits products if it has a hope of remaining a viable alternative in the marketplace.
