I hope they recall these things too if they find there is enough of a hazard, but hoping for saab to be on the hook for anxiety or emotional pain, etc. is a bit of a stretch.
If that were the case I would be rich because over the years Ive been stranded by a broken upper ball joint, timing gear failure, rear suspension failure, a caliper exploded on one car, twice from fuel filters clogged by bad gas, alternator failure, engine overheating/coolant leak, another car would just randomly quit with some kind of vapor lock, and one transmission failure. (None of these were saabs!)
Alot of things will leave you stranded, worrying about it will just drive you nuts. The good news is so far my Aero has been bulletproof, very reliable.
