Canada - generally highway limit is 100 km/h, so I drive just under 110 figuring I can't get stopped for that. Never travel out East to Ontario though, I understand the freeways there get pretty crazy.
Looking forwards to my trip to Oregon through North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Washington, with cheap gas and high speed limits. Any hints? I-94 just about the whole way.
