Tks for all your input. I compare the "before" pic I took yesteday (unfortunately on the front only) , I did correctly intall the springs ...
Anyway, I went ahead to do a brake flush with SuperBlue & drove it around the block, I feel it is back to normal (this is wife's primary car, I only drove it occationally).
I am still puzzled .. although I doubt it, but would it possible that the pads/rotors .. or even the car.. cannot take the abuse, i.e. quick & repeat "stop - go" between 50/10 ? Buty it is the same I bed-in my Bimmers & I never had the mushy/fade feel ... anyway ...
Rotors: Brembo (front) / Zimmermann (rear)
Pads: Mintex - red box
Anyway, I'll ask my wife to be surely slow down for at least next week or two (no, she doesn't drive fast..)
I'll post an update later... Tks again!
