I bought a '02 Aero Wagon CPO last year, but if I could've found a comparable one through private party with a 5-6K difference, I would have bought that instead. Most of what I found private party was only $2-3K less and not as well cared for - not worth it. With $5-6K difference in price that could pay for a lot of repair. I would take the gamble and you'll likely come out $3-4K ahead. Just my humble opinion.
