If you're gonna' eat up a car every 1-2 years you certainly aren't financing or you'd be perpetually upside down, owe more than the car is worth.
On the other hand if you set up a high mileage lease with minimal drive offs and total up that monthly payment amount for a couple of years, that's likely less than you spent on your last CPO over the same period of time.
You're expenses are fixed, your $20k is in the bank working for you instead of sinking with the miles in your car, and you've got a new car with full warranty and free scheduled maintenance. And no end of term surprises.
As a matter of fact with GMAC when you purchase excess miles for 10 cents a mile above and beyond the standard 15k, you can get a refund for the excess miles not used! Just in case for some reason you don't drive 25k.
