Is the new 328 coupe actually an E90 or is E90 just the designation for the sedan? Any way the '99-2005 sedans and the 2006 325 and 330 coupes were the E46 which I thought Saab trumped or matched with the 9-3SS. Now comes the totally revised E90 3 series sedan and now the 2007 coupes and I do believe BMW has re-ascended the throne.

'Course Saab doesn't make a coupe so that's a deal clincher for many as coupes are very practical and pretty.

I really, really like the new E90 interior, especially the look of the guages. The materials, and hence the smell, are a league ahead of Saab.
The Valvetronic engines are incredible and then of course there's the 335 turbo. New 6 speed autos with really well done steering wheel paddle shifters that will engage a gear anytime. Other BMW advantages are Blue Tooth availibility an the fabulous 4/50 full maintenance program.

But pricey, pricey, pricy.....
