I've got 85K on my 2000 9-5 V6 wagon. It has had its standard issues, but with the extended warranty, they've been tolerable. I was first turned on to SAAB in 1996 when I rented an '86 9000 for two months in Latvia. It had 120K miles on it and was a dream to drive. My 9-5 is also a dream to drive. I had a '90 Accord before it and it was comfortable transportation (and relatively cheap at $200/event). However, even though the very complex computer and systems in my SAAB result in higher dollar maintenance output, the smile it puts on my face when I drive it easily offsets the negatives. It is definitely a car that is fun to drive, and turns the daily drudge commute into a pleasure.
