Cupped tires cannot be fixed. Replacement is really the only way.
However, this condition can be largerly prevented. The following steps should be considered.
1. Rotate tires every 5K miles.
2. Ensure proper tire inflation.
3. Rebalance tires if needed.
4. Replace worn or leaking shocks.
Frequent tire rotation is critical. It costs more to not rotate your tires than it does to rotate them....due to the cost of more frequent tire replacement.
