Looking at a used 2000 95 2.3t which throws codes 1260 and 1251 at wide open throttle (or may be kickdown?) but not during normal routine driving. The TCS off light also comes on, and the car barely wants to idle at all, though does still run okay even on the freeway. It smokes intermittantly at idle and on boost.

For backround, this car may have an incorrect DIC (red, not black) and there some question of the proper hookup of some of the small vacuum hoses from the intake manifold.

Seems like from reading the posts here, I may need a new throttle body? I have already attempted to clean it out with carb cleaner.
