I've seen pix of the newer 9-5 interior layout and I am not a fan. I love the sensible layout of my 2002 Aero and 2002 9-3SE 5-dr. Sensible controls and options that can be operated by feel/touch. The newer Saabs reek of Saturn to me. The new 9-5 exterior styling (07/08?) is hideous, IMHO.
To Jerome, buy a pre '06 Saab 9-5 and you'll be happy. After that, I think the interior is a little too generic for my tastes.
