quite satisfied. I have both an Aero wagon and a 2001 Linear wagon. I find each to be very fine cars. The Aero naturally is a more sporty car but since you are tired of the SPG ride and want a more comfortable car I believe the Linear will really fill your requirements. I find I drive my Linear much more than my Aero just because it is a better around town car it gets slightly better mileage (28 vice 26) both get about 32 on highway but I have a tendancy to drive the Aero too fast and thus suffer a degraded mileage usually about 29 at 75-85MPH. The linear sits higher and doesn't scrape bottom when going into and exiting drive ways. It seems to plow snow better than the Aero. I have Aero tires and wheels on both cars so tires are not an issue. Both are fitted with 235-45-17 a bit wider than stock issue. I find reliability excellent on both cars. on the older cars before 2003 watch out for sludge or get a sludge inspection. If it does show sludgeing walk away. If it isn't sludged and has excellent records then install the MK 6 PCV vent system and use only synthetic oil. Sludge is a phenomonon of how the car was driven and serviced. A high mileage highway driven car has less chance of sludging than one driven around town onb short trips good luck on your decision.
