By my conversion to miles math:
0.621371*100,000=62,137
So you are coming up to a major service interval on a v6. Not a bad thing. Actually, it will bring the car back to life!
The previous posts do accurately capture the possible items, comprehensively. Your results may vary, but pretty much expect any to all of them. I have done 80% of the listed items. 10 % are on my to-do list.
I have 180,000 miles. Most of my expenses occurred between 75k and 130k miles. That seems to be a pivot point where items fail. However, between 60k and 120k, few costs were encountered.
In sum, things can go bad at any point in the life a car. Some of the items will be common to all cars (shocks, brakes, tires, etc.) SAABs tend to need a regular maintenance schedule, but in sum the car is a good over-the-long-haul cheap ride. Each time the car is put through the regular maintenance routine, the car is essentially re-set to new, but expect to put more into it soon, as this is a performance sedan. Each part is essential to the over-all performance.
To end, I am currently at 190 k miles. The car screams, like new. The 10% items that are on my to-do list include a future need to replace the exhaust (no leak but hey, get real) and cosmetic items like the grill/hood that are stressed from winter driving, and I need a SID pixel fix. These are cars designed for the long haul. Quality build is a big factor. Either you have a good one or a lemon. Drop the lemon or appreciate the apple you found. It might take a few trips to the parts store/dealer to determine this. The more you can do yourself, the cheaper it will be. Often, after fixing a the bugs, these things run great for years.
Welcome to the board. You will find nearly everything DIY here, or if you prefer, great Indy shops and dealer recommendations.
