What are all the common failure points of a 9-5, in general? If we create a checklist, owners can see what has or not has failed, and anticipate future repairs. Here's my list of what has failed or has had to be replaced (2002 Linear Wagon, 80K miles):
- Ignition cassette
- Throttle body
- Turbo bypass valve
- Heater bypass valve
- Thermostat / Coolant temp sensor (replaced both when CEL went on)
- Brakes
