I was just searching FMI on this site related to my upcoming project(s) and have added the WP to my list, looking at HEPU but posts that the orings supplied by HEPU are not right? Eeroparts does ot ofer OEM orings..
good time to add coolant bypass valve to the list also? is easier access with head off?
Does power steering pump fail often for 9-5's?
Does BCV go bad, no boost guage on 1999's so can't really tell when turbo boosts up to snuff..
Any other sensors or small stuff to replace?
I know most all of my vacuum lines have deterioraqted badly, think will
replace all with 4mm blue silicone hose from genuine saab site.. any clue how many feet to get to replace all?
Suggestions for how to clean intercooler if full of oil?
Also leaking at driver side front cam cover plug after new cam cover gasket installed, can that plug be removed and resealed?
Many ?? I know, but I like to get as prepared as possible and fix/upgrade as much as possible while torn down.
Thanks for your reply, I've seen your and Larry's helpful replies to many on this site, perhqaps some day with what I am learning I can return favor to others..
Time to get greasy..
