Hey Savary, truly appreciate your help, you have confirmed some of my other thoughts and the right sealant for the sweedecar recommended headgasket trick.. I had the coolant temp sensor on my mind and oil switch.. did new saab tstat this winter when did headbolts and new upper hose, bought new rad bottom hose also but looked like a bitch to get to it on back in driveway in winter so shelved it, will replace when turbo is off.. ready to head out now for the teardown and make my list of goodies needed as I go..
