Thanks Larry, appreciate the feedback, I had never before heard of the "plus 90" head bolt or any) torque spec past the actual ft lb reading torque, then I read on here they are stretch bolts and the plus 90 was to set the stretch bolt? Seemed odd, but appears to be the reason folks, including you recommend new at each head job. I just wasn't sure if their 3rd attempt to get this head bolt right (I got the 3rd color version) would still need new at rebuilds, guess they are still stretch bolts though and have been stretched the first try? for the extra $50, I guess its a safe bet to do..

Will definately have head checked/skimmed if needed,it overheated on me a few months back, and will check the block.. to much work to cut corners..
