I do not see how the VW model is relavent in this case. Yes VW owns Bugatti, not the other way round.

The parts I listed were examples. I'm sorry, but a 12V electric motor for $650 is ridiculous. It's not like they are an emerging technology. The fog light is an example where service parts are not provided to handle one of the most common failures, a rock to the lens. They provided lenses for headlamps before plastic, why not the glass on the fog light? That kind of logic would require replacing the entire fog light assembly due to a bulb failure.

And yes all the manufacturers seem to do this. It is even more common now that we no longer want to repair things, just replace them.

My point was this. Koenigsegg is a niche manufacturer. So is Bugatti. SAAB isn't nor is VW.
