Wow, thank you for your helpful information. Cheers.
If anyone else has some insightful information maybe I should state/restate some things because I clearly mis-communicated.
1. I am not a monkey
2. As the post said the car is in the middle of nowhere, I am looking for help in figuring out how to diagnose this problem so I can assess what I need to do and where it needs to be done. You awesome people have far more knowledge then me, but pointing something out without providing me some insight into how I can tell what it is... is wasting your time posting. I am not looking for rocket science or the fountain of youth, I just would like to be able to assess my problem to the best of my abilities when I see the car tomorrow. It's either going to need to go to some unknown place around where it is or the full 200 miles to my mechanic, which is a lot greater then my 100 mile AAA will cover. Any help you can give along those lines... that's the bread and butter I am looking for.
3. I swear I'm not a monkey.
Thanks!
With limited knowledge of engines I'd be willing to bet my life savings with 5 to 1 odds that it's not the engine. Look for the line posted in Vegas.
