9-5 wagon wanted...what should I do?

Hey Saab community...I've got a quandary on my hands and need your help.
I'm a loyal Saab man...I'm 25 and I've had 3 Saabs. My first 2 were C900s (which I loved) and my most recent was a 97 900s. I didn't enjoy the 97 as much as the old ones and its reliablity was subpar (5 tows in 4 years compared to a combined 0 from the C900s) so after its engine siezed, I decided to look for something Japanese. After much looking and research, turns out even the acclaimed Japanese cars have problems! The Toyota V6 has a sludge problem, Accords and Acuras have sorry transmissions, and Subarus blow head gaskets.
For my needs, I've concluded that the car I want is a 9-5 wagon.
The problem is, I have a very limited budget ($4500). I'd like one w/ the 2.3 engine, 00 model or newer, and under 130k.
What do you guys think? Can I find one for that or less? I turned down an 02 w/ 122k for $5000 because it had a bad transmission valve body.
Any suggestions? Thanks guys.
