I have a 2001 Aero with 145,000 miles on it and owned since new. Has been a great car and I still enjoy it a lot.

Major items in that time:
Alternator
Sid $80
ABS control $175
shocks rear
engine mounts
coolant bypass valve
DIC $200

then normal wear items tires, brake pads, batteries, light bulbs

Great car!

So much so I bought a 2003 95 Aero auto when I wanted the 2001 back.

I don't know of any used car that offers the value, performance, reliability of a Saab 95 Aero. and unfortunately they are getting rare and exclusive!
