We managed to smash up our antenna awhile ago and the local dealer was kind enough to fashion a flat rubber plug/cover that sealed up the hole. I think they may have glued it down, I'm not sure, but it seems to be well sealed in place and is very unubtrusive. it is nice not having that thing sticking up anymore, particularly as we have the wagon with a roof rack and things were sometimes prone to running into it...
