I'll be taking it back for balance check within next couple weeks (normal 5K rotation). see if they can find anything. could have blown a weight (hope so). it's getting worse. I think it's worse now than before I replaced the sway links. could also be a bad tire. I had what I thought was a radial pull on my right front. they moved it to the left front and all seemed fine for a while until I got this bad vibration mostly 75-85. 90mph seems to clear it up!! FWIW my front struts hve hissed over small stuff for years too. I think we can only hear them when car is moving slow of course. also, the front end does not bounce a lot. feels tight. bounces are quickly dampened liek when pulling out of drives and bumps. so struts themselves seem healthy. I was wondering if could be other things like strut bearings or maybe the control arm ball joint? mine visually look OK. I do need a new rear wheel control arm bushing set but that has been bad "visually" for 6-7 years! I am hoping for the wheel balance. I will let you know when I get it checked in the next couple weeks. it was indeed super smooth after the last rebalance when they rotated the tire on around the rim to get good roundness. maybe I lost a weight. we'll see. it's gotten really bad. worse ever. and it's not really in the steering wheel. it's the car itself which I thought usually meant a rear wheel balance.
