Springs and rear alignment issues advice- Goldberger?

I'm repeating a post from below to revive it. I've noticed input from Stephen Goldberger suggesting a roll your own spring. Thanks for prior input as it has been helpful. Looks like I have a negative camber issue on '04 Aero Wagon with 75k mi. After reviewing previous posts I'm seeing a number of issues and have the questions below:
I've read that spring sag may be a contributor. I did the measurement from the bottom of the wheel to the lip of the wheel well after bouncing the car a few times, but don't know what it means. I've got 22"+/- 1/8" on both sides. Wheel is 17" five spoke Aero.
I really don't want to rebuild the suspension, but if the springs are sagging and the shocks are weak then perhaps I should consider. Mr Goldberger, are you thinking roll your own springs are a viable option? I would give it some thought if these are sagging. Then I'll think of tackling the rest....
What is the best approach for beefing up or working with the current set up? Keeping in mind I want it to go for at least another 100k.
