I have the luxury of having a metal lathe. I made up spacers out of aluminum; they were the same id/od as the current spring seat and the same thickness as what I wanted to increase the ride height to. I chose to take the shocks apart to install them, but there's no reason the spacers couldn't be notched so one could compress the spring and slide them in w/o taking the shock apart. I think they're about 75mm OD, but I didn't keep my measurements.
I'll crawl under the car and check, but I probably won't get a chance to so so until Fri.
