Can't remove my rim

I have researched on here for some good ideas. But no luck so far in getting the tip that does the trick. I just got this project car. At least part of the problem is the previous owner lost the center wheel emblem so it is pretty rusted inside there. I have loosened the over torqued lug nuts and tried driving the car and slamming the brakes. Sounded like a good tip to brake the wheel free, but didn't work for me. I soaked the rotor where it meets the rim with wd40 and beat the rim with a rubber mallot. No luck with that either. Any other suggestions?
