Firstly, reduce number of lugs to 3... loosen, and then drive. When you brake, do it agressively. You have to loosen the lugs to the point where there is some room between the tapered lugs and the seats of the bolt. There is HUNDREDS of lb/feet of torque at play using this method, so there is no way you will be able to exceed it by any hand method.
