There are two seals on the front side of the engine that will leak after time. I just had these two replaced on my 2000 9-5 by the local Saab Indy less than two weeks ago, along with some other work.
IIRC the two seals cost me $35 for parts. I wasn't given a labor estimate for just these since they were doing other work in the same area of the engine, but I would guess around an hour of work total to replace them.
Many posters have D-I-Y'ed the replacement of these seals.
