Warped rotors wouldn't cause a high speed vibration, only when braking. Worn pads never cause vibration, only the screech of metal on medal =8-O. It is very very unlikely that a bearing worn to the point of causing vibration wouldn't also be howling like crazy.
When they checked the tire for balance, did they also do a "road force" measurement? A lumpy tire will drive the suspension much like an unbalanced tire except the force is constant, not increasing with road speed. But the 9-5 suspension seems pretty sensitive at its natural frequency (corresponding to 60-70 mph).
Also, depending on your own sensitivity to vibration, you may be detecting the road itself. Every road surface has its own characteristic frequency distribution (proportional to speed) and on some, the car just vibrates at the speed you need to drive at. Drives you crazy. The only way to escape is to change cars.
Your lug bolts may have been "frozen" rather than over-tightened. That happened to me on my 1982 900 - the lug nuts would "cold weld" to the aluminum wheel. One time the tire guys had to use a cross-bar lug wrench, with one guy lifting for all he was worth and the other guy banging down with a sledge hammer. Maybe even a third guy standing on the arm that was being hammered. Since then, I always use anti-seize on the lug taper. Or, the new style lug bolts, with a captured washer, would prevent the problem as the washer and bolt are both steel.
