The steering wheel shake and vibration which you describe(d) in this post and your previous one were eliminated after my rear rotors and pads were changed. My front pads and rotors were new, my rears were worn and needed replacement. As per my mechanics' suggestion, the rear pads and rotor replacement eliminated my steering wheel shake and vibration.
That was my experience. Since you have the parts and the other attempts have not solved the problem, replace the rear pads and rotors; it sure worked for me.
