Weather is much nicer now and I finally got my 2001 Miata back out on the road again after long winter rest. I took for a cruise and he just wanted to run like those Whippet dogs if you know what I mean.
I saw a fairly new Saab Aero and he winked at me and took off as fast as he could and I let him.... After I turn on my radar detector and took my sweet time and within seconds I was neck and neck with him....He was very surprised and give it more gas and I was still right next to him. Now, I can see that his face was all red and embarrassed since mine little Miata was more of a sissy car. Well, now had enough fun by poking with him, so I thought I going to turn the table on this Aero...Red line at 8K RPM and the rest is history.
He never knew that I had a supercharged in my Miata and I don't have a scoop or sticker saying so. This will teach the Aero to mess with a "ricer", supposedly.
I can't wait to see another Aero or Arc in this case... This is much more fun than owning just one (1) car, instead of two and have the extra cash to go on vacation for not have to tinker with these Saabs or have to hear anymore "Sob" stories.
Good day!!
