Only flavor-of-the-day dictates what you get even from the manufacturer and what part number is used when ordering.
Car makers scour the world in search for new product manufacturers and sometimes change the partnumber in the process but sometimes keep the same number but from another manufacturer.
I was mighty surprised when I ordered the 93192749 just to find out that it was now made by Textar and the surface of the pads had that dark black grainy look like the old Pagid made pads from Saab used to have. We'll see how they hold up when I put them on a car.
